I co-founded Thought Technology Ltd. in 1974, with Dr. Hal Myers, to produce a small handheld Galvanic Skin Response Monitor, which he had designed while doing an experimental Medicine degree, to be used as an outpatient therapy tool to teach relaxation. My sports buddy, Major Nory Laderoute, and I ran the St. Hubert Air Force Base, Nory became the former Director of Physical Education Training for the Canadian Armed Forces Combat Training Center and we co-authored "Mind Over Muscle" to teach athletes relaxation and visualization to enhance sports performance. It has been used by many thousands of Olympic athletes worldwide. Nine leading U.S. and Canadian Sports Psychologists, Olympic Coaches and World Class Athletes join Major Laderoute to reveal the mental secrets of Athletic Peak Performance, bringing these techniques to the weekend athlete.
